PHASE 4 is composed of a unique blend of interval style training, active core training, & functional training. The program allows most everyone to achieve pro level fitness through a well thought out progressive approach. We gradually increase volume and intensity to allow the body to physiologically adapt. We provide many exercise variations to constantly challenge the body. WEEK LAYOUT - Monday: FULL BODY CONDITIONING Continued high intense interval training (Met-Con, a more advanced strength/conditioning training). Tuesday: ALT LOWER BODY & FULL BODY STRENGTH FOCUS Compound exercises using barbell and landmine using reverse pyramid style. Wednesday: SHOULDERS ARMS & FULL BODY CONDITIONING Continued foundational and functional strength as well as conditioning using free weights. Compound and isolated exercises mixed with AMRAP and intervals using assault bike/treadmill. Thursday: CHEST & BACK Strength training (isolation & compound exercises) ascending pyramid (AP) style. Friday: FULL BODY CONDITIONING High Intense Functional Training.
