PHASE 1 is composed of a unique blend of interval style training, active core training, & functional training. The program allows most everyone to achieve elite level fitness through a well thought out progressive approach. We gradually increase volume and intensity to allow the body to physiologically adapt. We provide many exercise variations to constantly challenge the body. Primary focus is whole body conditioning with foundational and functional strength. Take a look at what your week layout is — Monday: FULL BODY CONDITIONING For the first month it’s full body interval style strength/conditioning using Tabata format. The second month is full body interval style strength/conditioning training using EMOM format. Wednesday: SHOULDERS ARMS & FULL BODY CONDITIONING Functional/Foundational strength the first phase using TRX plus full body strength/conditioning using AMRAP.
